We are currently working with 10 colleges to provide training and with some colleges to provide placement services.
We have a robust testing system. We interview trainers before they are onboarded. We check their expertise through demos sessions before deciding. Most of them have been working with us for several years now.
We cannot assure you that all of them will be placed. We can do our best to help them clear the first round i.e the written test. We will also prepare students to effectively participate in the HR and technical interview. Ultimately what impression the student makes on the interviewer is what decides his selection.
We would ideally have not more than 60 students in a class. We need a minimum of 550 students to start training. For the training to be effective we need 40 hours of training but to be very effective, we need 75 to 80 hours.
