HTD PROGRAM

HIRE

Our recruitment team optimizes the sourcing & hiring of local graduates/mid-level experienced professionals, scrutinizing the candidates through different sets of tete-a-tete interviews.

TRAIN

Sharpening the skills of the selected candidates via multiple trainings varying from 4 to 6 weeks. Our expert trainers are accustomed to customize their training programs as per the client and/or the project requirements.

We offer full support and guidance throughout the program.

Our system is tuned to release weekly progress reports that help you to assess the progress of each candidate.

We ensure client satisfaction by evaluating the candidates with their written technical tests as well as presentation on the Application or Use Case developed during the training period.

DEPLOY

On Completion of the classroom training, the trainee’s will be deployed in OJT (on-job-training) for the next 6 -12 months. During this period, our Senior consultant will support the trainee with technical queries during the OJ.

SUPPORT

Assisting with technical queries, our Senior consultants ensure complete support to their trainee during our OJT program.

Quarterly surveys are conducted on the learnings in OJT, which lays the base for further advance trainings to the candidates.

Minimizing the risks to the client with a guaranteed success rate, devouring employee attrition, and providing warranty & replacement as and when needed.
